Only those who have "Identity Now" (IDN) on their CV before 2019 and "Identity Security Cloud" (ISC) after 2019 (Same product but rebranded in 2019) are eligible to apply. Key Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complex IAM issues by analyzing logs, performing in-depth system and application analysis.
• Lead the resolution of IAM incidents, following defined incident management processes.
• Analyse recurring or systemic issues and contribute to problem management initiatives for long-term solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute system enhancements, upgrades, and patches for IAM platforms and associated components.
• Ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption to IAM services. Perform System testing, documentation, and communication of changes to stakeholders
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to optimize IAM system performance.
• Participate in change and release management activities for IAM systems. Review and assess proposed changes, conduct impact analysis, and develop implementation plans. Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of system changes and enhancements

Requirements

• Candidates must have experience with the CLOUD/SaaS version.
• Only those who have "Identity Now" (IDN) on their CV before 2019 and "Identity Security Cloud" (ISC) after 2019 (Same product but rebranded in 2019) are eligible to apply.
• There is room for those who enjoy mentoring and coaching others on the team who want to learn SailPoint.
• SME knowledge of IAM and SailPoint best practices
• Information Security and/or Identity and Access Management domain experience.
• Highly organized, with ability to work independently or as part of a team
• You have strong analytical skills, are customer-oriented, and can explain complex issues in simple terms.
• You enjoy working in a friendly environment where you are challenged and can learn from our SailPoint Consultants
• Excellent English
