Job description

Hiring Interior Designer: Create captivating interiors for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors for design excellence and client satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop innovative and practical interior design concepts based on client needs and project goals.
Create detailed floor plans, 3D renderings, and material boards to effectively communicate design ideas.
Select and source furniture, fixtures, materials, and accessories that enhance the aesthetic and functionality of the space.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of the design plan.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate them into your work.
Provide accurate cost estimates and adhere to project budgets.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
Conduct site visits to assess progress, address any design-related issues, and ensure quality control.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
Proven experience as an Interior Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of previous projects.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or other industry-standard tools.
Solid understanding of space planning, colour theory, materials, and lighting principles.
Strong creativity and ability to think outside the box to create unique and personalized designs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
