The Content Marketing Manager at Azdan will play a critical role in enhancing brand awareness, driving organic traffic, and increasing lead generation through compelling and strategic content. This individual will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing content strategies that align with Azdan’s objectives while maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with Azdan’s business goals.
Conduct market research to identify audience needs, industry trends, and content opportunities.
Content Creation and Management
Create, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality content, including blogs, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, and social media posts.
Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to ensure accurate and valuable content delivery.
SEO and Analytics
Optimize content for search engines to improve organic rankings and drive website traffic.
Analyze content performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns
Collaboration and Coordination
Partner with the sales and product teams to create targeted content that supports customer acquisition and retention.
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and freelancers to produce diverse content formats.
Brand Voice and Messaging
Ensure all content is consistent with Azdan’s brand identity, values, and tone.
Develop messaging frameworks for campaigns and product launches.
Leadership and Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of content creators, copywriters, and freelancers.
Set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive team performance and creativity.
Qualifications And Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the ERP or technology sector.
Proven track record of developing and managing successful content marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo.
Soft Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and an eye for detail.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
