Senior Consultant, Market Access

About the Job

Loopback Analytics is hiring a Senior Consultant, Market Access Health System Success, this role will play a crucial role in fostering, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with health system pharmacy leaders. Working closely with the Market Access Director, you will serve as a key liaison between health systems and the manufacturer contracting teams to coordinate limited drug distribution access. Your primary objective will be to ensure successful market access for our client base of health systems.

Job Duties to Include

• Develop and nurture relationships: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with health system pharmacy leaders to understand their needs and goals.

• Coordinate limited drug distribution access: Serve as the primary point of contact between health systems and manufacturer contracting teams, facilitating effective communication and negotiation.
• Market access strategy: Collaborate with the Market Access Director to develop market access strategies tailored to the unique needs of each health system client.
• Provide expert guidance: Advise health system pharmacy leaders on market access trends, policies, and best practices to maximize success.
• Analyze and evaluate: Conduct thorough analysis of market access data, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize strategies and outcomes.
• Relationship management: Maintain regular communication with health system partners to ensure ongoing satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and address any concerns.
• Stay updated: Keep abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market access dynamics to proactively adapt strategies and approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare management, business administration)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in market access, pharmaceutical consulting, or a related field
• Strong understanding of health system dynamics and pharmacy operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders effectively
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and provide strategic recommendations
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team

Travel expectation less than 5%
