Collaboration and Coordination:

  1. Work with stakeholders, including IT teams, end-users, and vendors, to ensure alignment with project goals.
  2. Communicate migration progress, challenges, and updates to leadership and other key stakeholders.
  3. Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that migration activities meet regulatory and security standards.

User Support and Training:

  1. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users during and after the migration.
  2. Develop and deliver training materials or workshops to help users adapt to Google Workspace features.
  3. Address post-migration issues, including data integrity checks and resolving user-specific challenges.

Continuous Improvement:

  1. Evaluate the effectiveness of the migration process and implement improvements for future projects.
  2. Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of both O365 and Google Workspace.
  3. Recommend and implement enhancements to Google Workspace configuration to optimize productivity and collaboration.
