Business Analyst with GenAI

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our Search team powering enterprise-wide search solutions across our digital ecosystem. Work in an Agile environment alongside a Product Manager and Elasticsearch engineers to innovate and maintain search infrastructure.

Project Scope

• Enhance existing search solutions and develop new features, including AI-powered conversational search.
• Deliver seamless search experiences for both customers and employees.
• Work within Scrum to ensure agile delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to drive search strategy.
• Engage with global stakeholders to align needs and priorities.

Technical Collaboration:

• Partner with scrum teams, architects, and developers to transform business requirements into functional designs.
• Contribute to technical designs and improvements.

Scrum Leadership:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and support team effectiveness.
• Foster collaboration with other teams.

Quality & Innovation:

• Lead functional testing and identify solution gaps.
• Propose improvements and educate stakeholders on new features.

Requirements

Technical Expertise:

• Experience in Search and Generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of Elasticsearch, CMS, SEO, and software integration.
• Understanding of GenAI, RAG Pipeline, LLM/SLM, and data quality principles.

Professional Skills:

• Strong technical communication (BPMN, UML).
• Ability to lead offshore teams and manage product strategy.
• Fluent English with decision-making capabilities.
