Job description

Role Summary

Our client is looking for a Client Engagement Associate, who will be responsible for connecting with clients and booking coaches for them based on their business needs. This role will manage a group of coaches and will utilize CRM software and marketing channels in aiming to keep them engaged. The Client Engagement Associate is also expected to provide part-time support for the back-office team.

WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

Essential Functions

  • Select, engage, and book people using LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Manage up to 8 coaches and help generate at least 300 leads daily via LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and texting depending on the project
  • Use pre-written scripts for engagement and be able to go "off-script" as necessary after training
  • Utilize and be proficient with ESC2 (CRM), and You Can Book Me
  • Required to place outbound calls when needed

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
  • At least one year of experience in lead generation and/or appointment setting for international clients
  • Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively
  • Demonstrated success in client engagement with measurable results
  • Strong written and verbal English skills
  • Detail-oriented and has excellent time management skills
  • Ability to own tasks and be a team player
  • Experience in a multi-client environment
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications
  • Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed
