Job description

What You’ll Do:

⭐ Onboard new clients and build strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with our services.

⭐ Manage incoming emails and chats, responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries.

⭐ Provide expert answers to customer questions about our services, pricing, and processes.

⭐ Follow company communication guidelines and procedures to maintain consistent messaging and tone.

⭐ Proactively seek new sales leads and opportunities to grow the business.

⭐ Identify ways to improve internal processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

⭐ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues effectively.

⭐ Provide input into our software development process to keep us ahead of the curve.

⭐ Follow up on actionable items from clients and cross-functional teams.

⭐ Ensure the complete and timely delivery of tasks to clients.

⭐ Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as needed to support the team.


Who You Are:

⭐ Hold a recognized diploma or degree in a relevant field; however, extensive work experience may compensate for a lack of formal qualifications.

⭐ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

⭐ Have relevant working experience in a similar role and/or industry.

⭐ Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work meticulously under tight deadlines.
