Mission
The Business Intelligence Analyst's mission is to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role involves analyzing complex data sets, designing and maintaining data models, and creating reports and dashboards to support organizational goals. The Business Intelligence Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify key performance metrics, improve data accessibility, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities 🙌
- Data Analysis and Insights:
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
- Dashboard and Report Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and tailored to stakeholder needs.
- Data Modeling and Management:
- Develop and maintain data models and workflows to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting and analytics platforms.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with business units to gather requirements and ensure data solutions meet their needs.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
- Process Optimization and Automation:
- Identify opportunities to improve data processes and workflows.
- Implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Market and Competitive Analysis:
- Research industry trends and competitor performance to provide strategic insights.
- Leverage data to support market positioning and growth initiatives.
- Documentation and Training:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, processes, and reports.
- Provide training to stakeholders on how to utilize business intelligence tools effectively.

Minimum Requirements
It will be a good match if you have:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or strong experiences in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Language proficiency, native Spanish and advanced English (C1).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business intelligence, data analysis, or related roles.
Proven experience in creating dashboards, data visualizations, and actionable reports.
Experience with ETL processes and tools like Alteryx, Talend, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Proficiency in SQL and data querying.
Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
