About the Role
Cyncly is the leading provider of business management software solutions for the floor covering industry. RFMS provides software, training, consulting and implementation services to more than 2,000 clients. The Training and Implementation Specialist’s primary responsibility is to provide high quality, creative and results-oriented training to help educate our clients to use the RFMS business tool to become more profitable and efficient. Services will be delivered to the client onsite or through special platforms like online meetings, Webinars, training events, and/or the RFMS University classroom. Specialists must be able to provide helpful advice and achieve results that create value for the client. Specialists must to adhere to all rules and regulations.
Essential Functions

Training– 50%
- Formulate agenda to determine scope of training engagements for individual trainings, group instructions, lectures, webinars, demonstrations
- Develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works
- Conduct external online training sessions, webinars, workshops
- Assist clients with problems concerning "how to" perform specific tasks within Payment's software
Implementation– 50%
- Create an implementation and training plan with timelines to assist the client in setting goals, identifying priorities and anticipating potential roadblocks
- Utilize industry-standard Project Management tools to update the progress of new clients during their implementation
- Implement the Payments solution into multiple software solutions owned by Cyncly
- Maintain an audit trail of key project decisions, change requests, milestones, etc. and publish in a weekly progress report
- Work closely with Sales, Payment Operations and Customer Support, Sales, Quality Assurance, and Payment Product and Development teams to ensure that client software issues or recommendations for improvement are communicated quickly and professionally
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of payment processing systems that integrate with proprietary CRM and accounting software, ensuring seamless transaction reconciliation
- Configure payment gateways and processor settings, by setting up user settings and configurations to process payments with the appropriate access for various user needs
- Test integration workflows to confirm payment data is captured, processed, and reconciled properly within the accounting system
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues that may arise between the payment processing system and accounting software
- Monitor post-implementation performance and address issues related to payment processing, reconciliation, or accounting software integration
Required Skills/Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience implementing software for customers
- Experience working in software, payments experience a plus
- Basic understanding of accounting flows would be an advantage given this person would need to setup payment flows that would reconcile back to an end-to-end accounting platform within the CRM
