Pay: $24.04/hour

Tasks

  • Create and oversee both active and passive employee engagement initiatives that foster Logical Position’s values; initiatives may include but are not limited to team building activities, remote holiday initiatives, local meet ups, remote networking events, employee newsletters, and internal resources
  • Coordinate with department heads to increase cross departmental engagement and socialization; track team bonding budgets and coordinate with managers to ensure budgets are used effectively
  • Manage internal communications across platforms such as Viva Engage, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery to enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Develop and design visually appealing content, including graphics and collateral, using tools including Canva and SharePoint to support internal initiatives, announcements, and employee programs
  • Analyze employee engagement data to assess the effectiveness of Employee Journey initiatives, leveraging insights to drive the development and adjustment of future initiatives, ensuring alignment with employee needs and organizational goals
  • Collaborate with People Operations on employee wellness and inclusion initiatives to ensure they provide a positive impact on the employee journey; assist Marketing and Office Admin with the promotion of company sponsored events such as Logical Palooza, Cube Awards, and local holiday parties
  • Conduct quarterly interviews with employees from all stages of the employee journey to ensure employees have an overall positive experience at Logical Position; report findings and recommendations to People Operations leadership

Required Skills & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Recruiting or related field or 3+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Passion for working in a value led company and engaging employees in developing a positive work environment
  • Excellent people skills – ability to connect with employees, partners, and leaders, build partnerships, communicate effectively with people all over the company at every level of the organization
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including strong ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and demonstrate sound judgment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive decision-making
  • Experience organizing programs, events, and projects, working with people across industries and/or departments
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience using design tools or project management tools
  • Excellent time management skills with a focus on agility in a business environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
