We are a leading warehouse robotics company driving innovation and efficiency in logistics and fulfilment. As we expand our footprint into Europe, we are looking for a motivated and technically curious engineer to support our growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from industry experts and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge robotics technology.

In this role, the engineer will support our European expansion team with tasks that range from hands-on technical assistance, data collection and project coordination. This position requires an interest in robotics, logistics, and technology. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and excited to travel throughout Europe as required.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the deployment of robotic solutions at various client sites across Europe, ensuring installations meet commercial and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and teams to align technical deployments with client requirements and commercial objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact.
  • Provide on-site support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, liaising with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Gather and analyse data to support the design of robust solutions that meet client needs and enhance commercial outcomes.
  • Engage in training sessions to develop a strong understanding of our solutions and software, enabling you to effectively support commercial proposals.
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to showcase Zebra’s solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in both the commercial and technical aspects of warehouse automation and robotics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients & partners on both technical and commercial matters.
  • Broad IT technical knowledge, with experience in supporting technology deployments preferred.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 30% of the time).
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Basic understanding of robotics or automation systems is a benefit but not required.
