About the Bid Desk Specialist;
MarketStar currently has an opportunity available for a BID Desk Specialist. This role will be responsible for ensuring that deals submitted/registered by the client’s partners are reviewed, validated and approved. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in reviewing, quoting and submitting pricing approvals, while also working with distribution and the Field Enterprise Team.
Location: US - Remote
What will you do?
Review new partner deal registrations
Ensure appropriate data has been included in the deal record
Determine if the deal is already registered in the CRM or client tools
Quoting and submitting pricing to distribution for the Reseller
Working closely with the Enterprise Team and Distribution
Assist with resolving conflicts related to duplicate registrations
Multi-tasking is key in this role
Assisting in other administration responsibilities
Responsive to email, phone calls, IM’s and any other form of communication from the client or team
What will you need to succeed?
College degree and/or equivalent work-related experience preferred
Experience in Sales Support or Customer Service role
Experience with Channel Sales and Sales processes is highly desirable
Prior experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools - Sales Force experience is ideal
Experience in a quality assurance role helpful

The hourly pay for this position is $24.04. This pay structure may also include a variable bonus component of $5,000.00 annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
