Technical Copywriter (all genders)

Do you love to prepare technically complex IT topics for relevant target groups? YOUR TASKS

• Implementing communication requirements in target group-specific content
• Topic planning, coordination and implementation in coordination with various stakeholders (e.g. Customer Marketing, Channel Marketing and Product Marketing)
• Creation and maintainance of high-quality texts that revolve around Paessler PRTG and the topic of IT monitoring (including landing pages, solution pages, product pages for our website and other channels)
• Combination of technical product know-how, brand voice and SEO keywords into a coherent whole in your texts
• Creation of content for a wide range of communication channels (e.g. e-mail, cheat sheets, landing pages, tutorial videos, white papers)
• Monitoring the quality of texts, including those written by external authors, with regard to language, technical accuracy, and use of terms
• Textual implementation of measures with the aim of conversion rate optimization (CRO), e.g. website texts or ad texts (Google Ads, Display Ads, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

• You already have several years of experience as a technical copywriter in a B2B environment
• You feel at home in the IT industry and ideally have already had contact with the topics of monitoring, data centers, cloud and/or IIoT (Industrial IoT)
• You have already worked with content management systems (CMS) and ideally have some experience with SEO optimization
• You are an English native speaker, have a very good command of written and spoken German, and use both languages confidently
• Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) of websites and short copy formats (e.g. ad texts)
• With your quick mind, you are able to familiarize yourself with new subject areas independently and are not deterred by new topics and tasks
• If you also feel comfortable presenting technical content in front of a camera, that's a bonus
• And most importantly: you are a good fit for Paessler and we are for you
