Role Overview
As a global leader in the Occupational Health and Safety field, we have recently introduced a number of wellbeing consultancy and auditing services. We seek dynamic and dedicated Wellbeing, Health, and Safety Consultants resident in the UK but keen to work internationally to join our team of subject matter experts who can support our clients in their drive to uphold the highest standards in workplace wellbeing, health and safety.
As a Wellbeing, Health, and Safety Consultant, you will support clients in achieving best practices within the sphere of Wellbeing, Health and Safety. You may undertake our Five-Star Best Practice Audits or simply support the assessment of current practices and help identify opportunities for improvement. You could be part of a team supporting clients with the development of suitable policies & procedures or delivering training to key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of health, safety, and wellbeing policies, procedures, and practices across a range of organisations across the UK, Middle East or India.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks, providing solutions to mitigate these effectively.
- Collaborate with clients to support the promotion of a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver reports with detailed findings, recommendations, and best practices.
- Stay informed about industry trends and legislative changes related to workplace health, safety and wellbeing.
- Support the design and delivery of wellbeing initiatives.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant qualifications in Wellbeing and/or Health and Safety.
- Auditor qualification, preferably in ISO 45001, 9001 or 14001
- Experience in undertaking either internal or external Health and Safety auditing
- A minimum Chartered Member of IOSH
- Proven experience in wellbeing, and/or Health and Safety preferably in a workplace setting e.g. Utilities, Government, Healthcare, Infrastructure or Oil & Gas.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and wellbeing best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for wellbeing and safety.
