Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or related roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing partnerships within the US ecommerce space
- Strong network within the US ecommerce industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and contract management abilities
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative partnership concepts
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management tools and CRM software (HubSpot)
Tasks - Partnership Development:
- Identify and engage with potential e-commerce ecosystem partners for lead gen opportunities
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to build interest and relationships.
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain and nurture ongoing relationships with existing partners
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partnership inquiries and communications
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts.
- Annual Planning:
- Develop and manage an annual business development and partnerships plan
- Curate and maintain a list of high-impact US e-commerce ecosystem partners to align with
- New Business Opportunities:
- Explore and implement cross-promotional opportunities with partners to expand reach and drive sales. Seek out and evaluate new business opportunities, including new outreach channels, and innovative collaboration models
- Identify and engage with potential e-commerce ecosystem partners for lead gen opportunities
- Develop personalized outreach strategies to build interest and relationships
