Job description

My client based in Germany is looking for a Lead Interaction Architect to support their user device and interaction services throughout their lifecycle.

The role is an English-speaking predominately remote position, with travel required for one week per month to Berlin.

The key responsibility:

Defining end-user devices profiles and standards
End User Device Management (whole Hardware & Software lifecycle)
Endpoint Security & Protection
Critical Infrastructure (KRITIS)
Virtual client devices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work with highly technical engineering teams
Experience with proper backlog management
Collaborative mindset with experience working closely with cross-functional teams. 
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Your Experience & Knowledge

A minimum of 5 years of product management or product ownership experience
Comprehensive understanding and experience in end-user device management
Comprehensive experience in endpoint security & protection (KRITIS)
Proven ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy.
Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting and prioritizing customer requirements
