Job Purpose Summary

  • The Senior Post Market Surveillance Manager will ensure processes related to complaint handling, adverse event reporting, and complaint investigations are established and implemented according to regulatory requirements. This role leads the execution and reporting of root cause investigation, evaluation and reporting of product and process risks and their impact, and adverse event due diligence through a team of post market surveillance professionals and customer complaint quality assurance engineers.

What you will do

  • Responsible and accountable for Corza’s Post Market Surveillance process for the assigned business unit(s).
  • Leads the Post Market Surveillance team to achieve product complaint management requirements and regulatory needs.
  • Tracks, measures, and escalates complaint handling metrics to understand product quality improvements.
  • Works closely with the global team of technical and commercial personnel to implement product and process improvements aimed at complaint reduction and product quality improvements impacting different sites and quality systems.
  • Responsible for Adverse Event reporting process and due diligence for the products supported.
  • May interact with customers and product users in domestic and global environments.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar work experience.
  • 15+ years of experience is Post Market Surveillance areas and processes in Medical Device or regulated environments.
  • Proven record implementing and maintaining complaint handling processes.
  • Adept and experienced in managing compliance to regulatory agencies.
  • Proven leader of post market surveillance teams to manage customer facing communications, complaint investigations and adverse event reporting.
  • Understanding of risk management as it pertains to the lifecycle of a medical device.
  • Domestic or International up to 10% of the time.

A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $130,000 - $165,000. Further, pay that is offered is based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant’s job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications and certain degrees.
