For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in React Native development;
  • Proven experience in team leadership or technical coordination;
  • Strong knowledge of Redux or Zustand for state management;
  • Excellent soft skills, with the ability to manage teams and interact directly with clients;
  • Basic knowledge or experience with React.js (a plus);
  • Fluency in English is mandatory;
  • Availability for fully remote work, with occasional travel to clients development centers.
