Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic candidate to join the NSPCC's National New Business team as a New Partnerships Manager. You will specialise in acquiring Charity of the Year partnerships up to the value of £400k, while also supporting on the acquisition of a larger pipeline of high profile, high value 6 - 7 figure partnerships.

You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and securing new national corporate partnerships that make sense and deliver impact. Your primary focus will be working with the Senior Partnerships Manager to secure CotY partnerships, but you'll also have the opportunity to work across the National team on all types of commercial, strategic and engagement partnerships.

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who can play a key role in the team, leading and delivering on an agreed strategy for the next year and beyond.

  • Job Title: New Partnerships Manager
  • Directorate: Income Generation, within the National New Business team
  • Salary: £28,337 to £33,301 - £3,366 London weighting allowance if and where applicable
  • Contract type: Permanent, 35 hours per week – individual circumstances can be discussed
  • Location: Flexible (Home based; Hybrid; or office based)

Role Description

  • You will be responsible for building and maintaining comprehensive pipeline of Charity of the Year prospects up to the value of £400k, with the ambition to secure high value partnerships that support the NSPCC's key services. You'll also support on the acquisition of some of the biggest, high profile and high value charity of the year partnerships in the sector - writing compelling proposals and pitches to help secure support.
  • The successful candidate will have experience of securing partnerships that will positively make a huge impact. We are looking for candidates who wish to further their existing skillset within a pro-active and dedicated team, building on their existing experience.
  • We are searching for an excellent relationship builder who can comfortably start new relationships with C-suite stakeholders with confidence. To ensure success in this role, the ideal candidate will be motivated by income targets and can multi-task and/or show project management capabilities.
