What will you do?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SAP technology expert to join our presales team. In this role, you will be responsible for showcasing the value proposition of Panaya solutions for SAP ERP upgrades, S/4HANA conversions, test management, and test automation for enterprise customers. Your main focus will be on system integrators, developing and delivering compelling presentations and demos to potential customers. Additionally, you will engage with Infosys as a presale for potential clients, extending into post-sales activities to ensure customer success and acting as a single point of contact for identified global system integrators. This role requires navigating complex delivery environments and may involve participating in global and regional RFPs.




Responsibilities:


Pre-sales

  • Conduct in-depth customer needs assessments to identify pain points and improvement opportuniesties.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations and demos tailored to system integrators/prospects, highlighting the benefits of Panaya solutions for various SAP projects (implementation, AMS, upgrades, testing).
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Panaya solutions and their role in creating value across these projects.
  • Prepare compelling sales proposals and pricing structures.


Customer Success (Post-sales)

  • Understand customer requirements and assist Panaya users/customers accordingly.
  • Onboard new customers to Panaya solutions.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers and system integrators during the implementation process, addressing questions and concerns.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers throughout their Panaya subscription.
  • Manage escalations from customers/system integrators and work with the global team to provide timely updates and solutions.
  • Be obsessed with customer and system integrator success.
  • Gather customer feedback to continuously improve presales presentations, demos, and post-sales support


Technical Expertise

  • Proven experience in presales and consulting.
  • Deep understanding of the SAP technology stack.
  • Understanding of SAP products like ECC and S/4HANA functionalities.
  • In-depth knowledge of various SAP project types and lifecycles within the SAP and enterprise application space.
  • Ability to learn new products and deliver compelling demos.


Communication & Collaboration

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to engage a global/regional audience.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product Management, and R&D) to ensure a smooth customer journey.


Experience in SAP Projects

  • Proven experience in SAP ECC upgrade and SAP S/4HANA conversion projects, including:
  • System preparation and analysis
  • Custom code adaptation
  • Data migration strategy and execution
  • Testing methodologies (functional, regression, etc.)
  • Understanding of best practices for SAP upgrades, S/4HANA conversions, implementations, and testing.




Requirements:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting or system integration, with a strong focus on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
  • Proven experience in delivering successful presales presentations and demos.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a global audience.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with complex technical solutions and effectively communicating them to non-technical audiences.
  • Travel may be required (10%).
