Job description

Moburst is a global mobile & digital marketing agency that helps companies grow their business. The world's most prestigious brands and startups such as Google, Samsung, Dropbox, Discovery, and Uber are leveraging our mobile & digital strategy, product, creative, app store optimization (ASO), and media services to enhance their product and maximize their KPIs.

We’re looking for a Junior ASO & CRO Analyst with a passion for technology, data, and AI-driven solutions. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to utilize AI tools and methodologies to optimize app performance and drive results.

What will you do?

Monitor and track app store rankings using the latest analytic tracking tools.
Optimize conversion rates for app pages by utilizing various research tools.
Perform keyword research in multiple languages.
Write app titles, subtitles, and descriptions using researched keywords, ASO tools, and best practices.
Conduct in-depth competitor research, identify market trends, and develop creative concepts based on user performance data.
Plan, launch, and monitor A/B tests to increase app page conversion rates.
Analyze test results and articulate findings and recommendations in client presentations.
Follow market trends and provide ongoing agile recommendations to our clients.
Work closely with clients, create strategic roadmaps, and provide ongoing follow-up to achieve their KPIs.
Leverage AI-powered tools to analyze app performance, identify trends, and optimize app store strategies.

What do you need?

Fluent English speaker - A MUST!
Relevant academic background in fields such as Marketing, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or other related areas.
High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
Excellent analytical skills
Great presentation skills and ability to maintain strong relationships with clients
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, creative, and detail-oriented with an ability to work autonomously
An avid smartphone user who is passionate about the mobile world
AI user and enthusiast - an advantage
Proficiency in other languages - an advantage
One year+ of analytical work experience - an advantage
Experience in ASO - an advantage
