  • Runbooks: Develop and maintain detailed runbooks to document standard procedures and support operational consistency.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Fortinet devices.
  • Compliance Checks: Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure configurations meet internal and regulatory standards.
  • Development: Innovate and improve Fortinet network configurations and processes to enhance performance and meet evolving requirements.
  • Problem Management: Identify and address recurring network issues, implementing solutions to prevent future disruptions.
  • Incident Management: Quickly respond to network incidents, minimizing impact and restoring service through efficient troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge Management: Document and share insights, updates, and solutions to strengthen team knowledge and streamline future support.
  • Consultancy: Serve as a trusted advisor for Fortinet-related questions within the organization, providing guidance, expertise, and recommendations on best practices and Fortinet solutions.

What you need to succeed:

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree, supplemented with a Fortinet Certified Professional (NSE6) certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years working with Fortinet solutions, demonstrating hands-on expertise in managing Fortinet environments.
  • Strong interest in the Fortinet ecosystem, with a commitment to staying updated on new developments and best practices.
  • Proficiency in network troubleshooting, performance optimization, and lifecycle management.
  • Ability to create runbooks, document configurations, and contribute to knowledge management.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and compliance checks to ensure consistent and secure network configurations.
  • Skilled in problem and incident management, with a proactive approach to resolving and preventing network issues.
