Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Marketing to join our leadership team at Sagility Health. This individual will play a key role in driving the marketing strategy, execution, and planning at an enterprise level, ensuring alignment with Sagility Health’s overarching goals and business objectives. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across all channels, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the brand and messaging resonate effectively with our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Leadership:

    • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for the enterprise, aligning with business goals and long-term vision.

    • Develop data-driven strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive patient engagement, and generate business growth within the healthcare industry.

    • Provide strategic direction for all marketing activities across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.

    • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, product development, and sales teams.

  • Brand Management & Messaging:

    • Develop and maintain a strong and cohesive brand identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

    • Oversee the creation of high-quality content that clearly communicates Sagility Health’s value proposition and differentiators in the healthcare space.

    • Ensure consistency in messaging across external communications, ensuring brand integrity and alignment with Sagility Health’s mission and vision.

  • Campaign Execution & Performance:

    • Direct the implementation and management of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable impact.

    • Utilize analytics and market research to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and marketing initiatives, providing actionable insights for optimization.

    • Oversee the tracking and reporting of key performance metrics, continuously refining tactics to drive improvement in marketing ROI.

  • Team Management & Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.

    • Provide clear goals, ongoing support, and performance feedback for team members, driving their professional growth and success.

    • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales, product development, and customer experience efforts.

  • Market Research & Trends:

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies, providing recommendations for innovation and competitive advantage.

    • Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors, using insights to inform strategy and product development.

  • Budget & Resource Management:

    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing spend to ensure efficient use of resources.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level role, ideally within the healthcare or technology sectors.

  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing enterprise-level marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including regulations, trends, and challenges.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and paid media strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Experience managing marketing budgets and resources effectively to deliver high-impact results.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Salary Range: $155,000.00 and up dependent on location and experience
