Job Description

We are looking for a highly organised Individual with a Temporary recruitment or Labour desk background with a pro-active and customer service focused approach to everything that they do. Could you use your experience to help deliver a world class recruitment function to an expanding and dynamic business? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a permanent OPW (Off Payroll Worker) Advisor to support the temporary recruitment requirements of the business.

Responsibilities

Software/Portal

  • Supporting hiring managers with raising vacancies/orders within the Vendor Management System (VMS)
  • Support where necessary the onboarding of the software, any queries and continuous improvements
  • Training Manager’s on the platforms use
  • Role templates – Review, improve and advise
  • Running Reports, understanding the data and offering detailed feedback and advice
  • Onboarding new Projects and users to the platform

Integrated Labour Team

  • Liaising with the ILT (Integrated Labour Team) on matters such as; project onboarding, agency additions to supply chain (if required), community engagement, annual rate reviews, etc…
  • Assisting in the ILT’s performance by way of reports and auditing…
  • Assuring a fair and equal process across the supply partners

Project Team support

  • Assist in any order raising queries via the VMS, timesheet queries, reports and ILT invoice payment issues
  • Ensuring the ILT are supporting all orders raised and being able to identify solutions if not
  • Ensuring all projects are aware of the newly adjusted process and the benefits to them
  • Collecting feedback from project teams on unsuccessful candidates and relaying to the ILT

Tasks

  • Providing regular reports to the relevant individuals on areas such as Compliance, ILT performance, hot spots of recruitment, any relevant trends or patterns, project ILT feedback etc…
  • Ensuring that the relevant queries via the specific inbox are covered or distributed to the relevant members of the ILT or projects and wherever necessary, escalation to the Group Temporary Recruitment Manager
  • Support the Group Temporary Recruitment Manager in delivering the strategy, ethos and efficiencies across the Group

Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have Labour Desk Resourcing Compliance or MSP Account Management experience within a blue collar environment
  • Knowledge of how Recruitment Agencies work and attraction methods
  • Highly organised
  • You will need to enjoy a high degree of interaction with people, have a dedication to customer satisfaction, excellent attention to detail and a natural curiously to improve processes and procedures
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Extensive compliance experience on legislation such as AWR, CIJC, IR35, Construction certification
