What to expect from the internship?

This full-time internship lasts for 3 months and allows you to experience the real job that finance professionals do at P&G. From Day 1, with support and coaching from your manager, you will lead projects related to business analysis, financial data management, and reporting — all aspects of the international finance job. We will provide you with the opportunity to connect with and learn from numerous colleagues in various departments. The internship will give you a great understanding of P&G’s corporate culture while developing your skills to be a future business leader.

During your internship, P&G focuses on learning more about you and evaluates if you are the right fit for a permanent position. You will have midterm and end-of-term review sessions that are structured to help you assess your strengths as well as your development areas. Similarly, this is also a chance for you to learn more about P&G and understand the wide range of opportunities that we provide.

Examples of possible Finance Internship projects:

• Cost-saving opportunities across different spend pools related to distribution promotion, manufacturing and logistics costs, cost forecasting, and working on material sourcing

• Efficiency & automation recommendations, e.g., profit forecasting, budgeting for our business units, cash collection, external financial reporting

Job Qualifications

• 4+ year students and graduates with any higher education degree (up to 2 years after graduation)

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• Strong analytical skills and passion for solving logic/algebra-based problems

• Strong data manipulation skills (preferably in Excel)

• Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)

Compensations and benefits:

• Monthly salary 500 000 KZT gross

• Monthly lunch & flexibility allowance 35 000 KZT net
