Job Summary

Perform the accounting process for the countries in charge of Latin America (2 Business Unit) accounting postings, reconciliations, reports.

Main Activities

Support and review company´s accounting transactions LATAM 2 business units.
Preparation of accounting JE, reconciliations, calculation and JE of accruals, accounting application of fixed assets and depreciation.
Explanation of financial variations to the team leader.
Constant communication with local accounting firms.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
Support the accounting process with any additional tasks assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting.
2 years of experience as an analyst or general accounting specialist in transnational companies (in contact with U.S. and Latin American countries).
Working experience servicing several countries.
Advanced English.
Service attitude

Effective communication skills.
Work under pressure.
Teamwork
Experience in ERP (Oracle desirable).
Spreadsheet skills.
Analytical thinking and skills.
