Job description

Responsible in managing a group of suppliers, from contract re-negotiation, stock order management and implement effective action plan to reach the best supplier performance. Ensure day to day supply planning process is following group standard guideline effectively to deliver great customer experience

  • Carry out review and provide supplier service level (SSL) report to management team 
  • Manage suppliers service effectively to ensure supplier service level (SSL) is met according to company standard   
  • Ensure stock level are fully optimized by setting accurate MRP parameters, considering new products / no movers / slow movers / overstock / delisted products / temporary promotions 
  • To meet supplier delivery leadtime KPI set by the company
  • Place and follow up orders according to Lyreco standard. Follow up to ensure goods are delivered on time and to meet backorder KPI threshold  
  • Able to analyze the root causes of backorder and carry out rectification action plan efficiently 
  • Book in and control supplier invoices, resolve discrepancies within the timeline set by the company 
  • Handle supplier litigation; work closely with sales and customer service team to plan and arrange supplier returns effectively 
  • Handle and improve the after sales repair and return process with suppliers in timely manner 
  • Any other reasonable adhoc tasks assigned to you from time to time 

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration / Logistic / Supply Chain Management  
  • High proficiency in  Microsoft Excel (Pivot, matrix, formula etc), Strong stock management skills,   SAP user, strong supplier management skills, strong analytical skills 
  • Proficient in English written and verbally 
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Minimum 5years working experience in supply chain role  and 1year in stock replenishment function 

Basic salary range between MYR4500-MYR4900 + Performance Bonus upto 1 month
