Position Summary:
We are seeking a Consultant I, Network Expansion to join our Customer Success Team. In this role, you will collaborate with a team of professionals to develop standardized solutions for our customers. You will research, diagnose, resolve, and follow up on customer issues related to change events. Additionally, you will manage escalated events as needed.
