As the manager for the Solutions Architects West, you will partner with Sales Leadership to achieve revenue goals within the team and territory across net new accounts and expansions.
You will work closely with your Solution Architect team to ensure they have the tools, resources, and knowledge to be successful. You will coach, drive by example and collaborate with your team to position Redis vision and technology and help your team achieve technical success with prospects and customers.
You will work closely with the Global Leadership team to define long-term strategy and growth objectives for your region. You will be actively driving your team to further excellence and success both as a collective group, but also mentoring the individual members in your team to further progress their own success and career path.

The estimated gross base annual salary range for this role is $209,044 – $226,650 per year in New York, California, Washington, Colorado, and Rhode Island. Actual compensation may vary and is dependent on various factors, including a candidate’s work location, qualifications, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of Redis’ total compensation and competitive benefits package, which may include 401(k), unlimited time off, learning and development opportunities, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits. This role may include discretionary bonuses, stock options, commuter benefits based on location, or a commission plan. Salary history is not used in compensation package decisions. Redis utilizes market pay data to determine compensation, so posted compensation ranges are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
