About the Role:
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will identify, attract, and recruit top engineering talent globally for technical roles such as Backend, Frontend, Full-stack Engineers, DevOps, and Engineering Leadership. Operating in a fast-paced startup environment, you’ll own the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet ambitious hiring goals.

In this Role, You Will:

Headhunt and source top technical talent globally, focusing on high-quality outreach and follow-ups.
Collaborate with hiring managers and engineering leadership to refine hiring strategies and processes.
Manage the entire candidate journey, ensuring a seamless experience from sourcing to offer.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel.
Provide actionable insights and feedback to hiring teams to improve decision-making.

Your Superpowers:

Strong ability to identify and assess engineering talent for technical roles.
Skilled at crafting compelling outreach and driving candidate engagement in both asynchronous and synchronous settings.
Analytical mindset with expertise in funnel diagnostics and data-driven decision-making.
Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver consistently in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications:

Required:
- 4-5 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in technical recruiting (e.g., Software Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Ops, Data Engineers).
- Proven track record of hiring 10+ engineers annually for startups, scaleups, or big tech.
- Proficient in using ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred) and familiar with technical job boards.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in CEST or PST time zones.
Preferred:
- Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Experience recruiting globally or in a startup environment.
