We are looking for a Deputy ServiceNow Project Manager who are excited to grow with us. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities 
  • Support the management of large-scale projects or multiple small to mid-range ServiceNow implementation projects, with overall accountability for project success.
  • Collaborate with project sponsor(s) and the team to establish performance goals, metrics, and baselines.
  • Assist in developing financial estimates and financial models for projects, as necessary.
  • Implement and follow Project Management Office standard methodologies, processes, and tools; assist in developing and maintaining project documentation, work plans, and deliverables. Guide others in the use of methodology and tools.
  • Coordinate and motivate project teams, support work assignments and schedules, and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Guide and monitor work performance as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating project activities as appropriate.
  • Maintain accountability to leadership for project delivery and direction.
  • Establish and maintain effective communications with team members, stakeholders, senior management, and contacts. Communicate project status to stakeholders through routine status reports and meetings.
  • Support the maintenance of issues logs, assisting in the identification and resolution of technical and business issues.
  • Ensure all project time is accounted for, and team member activities are routinely collected and reported in a standard fashion.
  • Estimate resources needed on projects to ensure success.
  • Where appropriate, coordinate vendor activities to support project success.
  • Assist in the advancement of project management competencies, including methodology development, training, quality reviews, and mentoring others engaged in project management activities.
Requirements
  • US Citizenship required.
  • Must have experience supporting ServiceNow implementations.
  • Must be local to the Washington DC metro area.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in management and/or project management to support projects and guide others on project management techniques.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience supporting ServiceNow implementations.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to provide clear messages to all management levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with innovative thinking.
  • Experience with standard project management tools, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Experience in supporting large-scale projects.
