PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position works within the Product team and reports to the Director of Product Management.  The responsibility of the position is ownership of the Safety Cloud, including the cross-cloud products Management of Change (MoC) and Audits.  The successful candidate will work with stakeholders, services, customers, product marketing, to prioritize development.
 

Major duties and responsibilities include:
  • Continue to build upon the best-in-class products.
  • Execute technical requirements to continually improve the product.
  • Document product specifications and collaborate with R&D to build product functionality.
  • Solve problems related to design issues and bugs in the application, including documenting solutions and establishing priority for future releases.
  • Support Sales-led demos (both remote and on-site, as required)
  • Be a technical resource to Sales for RFP completion and support Marketing documentation development.
  • Be a community manager for our customers by facilitating advisory board panels
  • Key contact for help-desk and product testing questions / issues relating to platform functionality
  • Resource to Professional Services for implementation support and training.
  • Develop user training tools for the Platform product.
  • Additionally, work with the product team on general product improvements and projects as required.  Some cross-functional work in other areas of the product may be required

  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in, Engineering, Science, Business, or related field
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification
  • The self-starting individual should have a minimum of two years’ experience working in a product management team role.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working with a Scrum team.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written, are critical to the success of this candidate.
  • Ability to grasp issues, problem solve, and suggest innovative solutions
