As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving and overseeing the execution of complex cross-functional initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on-time, on-budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This position requires the ability to identifying technical risks, and drive project planning and execution through the entire lifecycle of an initiative, often leveraging your strong technical background to bridge the gap between engineering teams and business stakeholders. This position requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional program management skills. 

Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
  • Program Leadership: Lead and mange end-to-end delivery of strategic technical programs, ensuring alignment with Cyara’s vision and goals
  • Project Planning and Execution: Create detailed project plans (Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables) and manage dependencies and blockers across teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status updates to key stakeholders, manage expectations, and address concerns effectively.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track project deliverables against plan, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular reports to leadership. Create reports and dashboards to provide visibility into engineering and product deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure programs are delivered on time and within scope

  • Let’s talk about your skills/expertise:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. 
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in program management within a cloud/SaaS software development environment. 
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional technical programs.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
  • Experienced with Cloud/SaaS software delivery model, scrum boards, sprint planning, and related tasks.  
  • Experienced and ready to use the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Github, Excel, Smartsheet, Powerpoint.
  • Additional desired experience in Grafana, Aha, and Jellyfish.
  • Skilled at evaluating complex data to drive strategic, evidence-based decisions.

  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment. Quick response to emails/slack notifications and follow ups. 
  • Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills
  • Results-driven with a proactive and collaborative approach
