About the Role:
Are you enthusiastic about helping customers succeed and building strong relationships? Join us as a Customer Success Associate (CSA) and contribute to ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients using 3E products. 
 
We’re open to fully remote talent located in the Eastern or Central time zones. 

What You'll Do
  • Assisting with onboarding processes and providing basic training to help clients get started with our products. 
  • Maintaining regular communication with customers through email, video calls, and check-ins to address questions or concerns. 
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer needs are met. 
  • Tracking customer progress and usage to identify opportunities for additional support or engagement. 
  • Helping create and maintain customer resources, such as help articles, guides, and videos. 

  • What Makes You a Great Fit
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with at least 1–2 years of customer success, support, project management or a related experience (SaaS is a plus). 
  • Hands-on experience with SAP EHS, including configuration, implementation, or authoring. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills. 
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce or HubSpot experience is a bonus). 
  • Enjoys working with customers and problem-solving in a collaborative environment. 
  • Travel:5-10%

  • Pay Transparency:
    The anticipated salary range for this position is $52,000-$70,000 per year. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate’s skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses/ qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations.
     
    In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.
