Requirements

Job Brief:


Leegality has a Stamping arm. Stamped papers are used to collect taxes on documents requiring stamping, such as leases, agreements, receipts, court documents and many others. Here we procure Non-Judicial Stamp Papers from a multitude of vendors PAN India, process the papers in our back office and then and ship them to our clients who execute their agreements through our platform.


It is an operation heavy process flow. Any kind of error is a direct loss to the company. Hence whoever takes up the role will be playing a very crucial role in the Stamping Operations department. Diligence and keen attention to detail is required to work in this department. 



Key Responsibilities:


  • Attend client calls to guide and assist them with the signing process, ensuring that clients understand the necessary steps for completing the transaction.

  • Ensure the accuracy of the uploaded stamp records in the system by cross-checking the uploaded details with the original data to confirm correctness.

  • Keep an organised and up-to-date record of all stamps to ensure timely shipment to clients.

  • Monitor the shipment status once the courier is dispatched, and send timely email updates to the relevant Points of Contact (POC) after delivery is confirmed.

  • Collaborate with the courier team to resolve any shipping delays or issues, ensuring that couriers are not stuck and shipments are completed smoothly.

  • Ability to work on-site and be present in the office on a daily basis.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.

  • Basic data entry experience is a plus.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.



Location: Gurgaon

Requirements

  • Exposure to working in cloud technology, IT/ITeS and/or BFSI.

  • Experience with managing deadlines and stakeholder expectations.Very high attention to detail.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, time management and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to understand and maintain processes.

  • Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

  • Great to have: Relevant Experience in logistics/ supply chain and vendor management.

Preferences:


  • Start-up experience is good to have.

  • Willing to join immediately ideally.

  • Comfortable with joining and working remotely for the time being.

  • Fluency in English is a must.

  • Fluency in Hindi is preferable
