(Senior) Frontend Engineer - React (all genders)

As part of one of our cross-functional teams, you’ll make an impact by

• designing and developing new features, components and interfaces that extend the functionality of our healthcare professional platform while delivering the best possible user experiences

• collaborating in a cross-functional team using agile methodologies

• coaching and mentoring less experienced team members

• routinely provide feedback in code reviews, design reviews

• improving development and design processes in your field of expertise

• interacting closely with our design and product team, CSM and Caspar Clinic

• You have several years of experience with modern frontend development in React

• You have strong foundations in software engineering

• You have a high bar for quality of code, performance, and user experience

• You have a track record of learning new languages, technologies and tools

• You enjoy being up-to-date with the latest technologies and are comfortable trying new things

• You can think through customer requirements to come up with high-impact ways of quickly solving problems

• You are a team player with excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

In a perfect world, you additionally:

• have experience with Angular

• have experience with React Native

• have experience with container technologies (Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes)

• have a strong interest in other areas of development, like mobile and backend development - you have seen Node.js, and/or Ruby on Rails before

• have experience with PostgreSQL, NoSQL databases

• seen AWS or some other cloud providers
