Position Title: Sales Support Specialist
Work Set-up: Work Onsite (Boomering Office) or Hybrid
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 50,000
Schedule: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm PHT or 9:00 am to 5:30 pm Sydney Time

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Business Development Manager (BDM) and the wider sales team. This position is integral to driving our revenue growth by ensuring seamless operations and top-tier customer experiences. From lead qualification to CRM management and sales operations, you will help streamline processes, enabling our sales team to focus on what they do best—closing deals and building relationships.

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST

• Lead Qualification:
o Make outbound calls to prospective leads, qualify them based on defined criteria, and ensure they are appropriately segmented in the Pipedrive CRM system.
o Follow through to make an appointment for the Sales team.
o Participate in Website Chat activity
• CRM Management:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the Pipedrive CRM, tracking lead interactions and progress through the sales funnel.
o Managed Opt-in, coordinating the development and workflows for running EDM campaigns.
• Support Sales Operations:
o Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, partner agreements and sales presentations.
• Customer Engagement:
o Serve as a first point of contact for inbound inquiries, providing basic product information and directing them to the appropriate team.
• Order Processing:
o Manage order submissions and ensure timely follow-ups for successful delivery and coordinate invoicing of new sales.
• Market Research:
o Conduct targeted research on prospects and competitors to support sales strategy.
• Marketplace
o Assist in researching, enabling and managing online Marketplace providers.


Qualifications as a Sales Support Specialist:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience may also be considered.
• 2 to 3 years experience as Sales Support or BDR
• With a background or experience with AU Clients in the IT Software Sales and Marketing industry is an advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in making outbound calls.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce ) and lead management processes.
• Ability to assess customer needs and match them to product offerings effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) or similar tools.
• Previous experience in sales support, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
