(Junior) Project Management Officer, fixed-term

You are ready if you have:

• an upper-intermediate level of English (both oral and written for business communication)
• hands-on experience in driving improvements or implementing changes
• proven analytical skills and a drive for results (ability to assess possibilities, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate outcomes)
• proficiency with Google Office/MS Office, including Google Sheets/Excel (knowledge of Google Looker is a plus)
• JIRA knowledge (considered a plus)

We are ready, and within our team, you will:

• prepare reports and KPIs required by the management team on a regular and ad hoc basis
• manage current processes and establish new ones to enhance collaboration within the Customer Experience department
• keep documentation and templates up to date, organizing occasional training sessions to ensure team members stay informed
• monitor project progress and performance, track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
• facilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment, provide support to project team members on project management processes and tools
• conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects
