This is an exciting opportunity to be a key member of the treasury team supporting a dynamic organization that is radically changing the biotechnology industry. We are currently looking for an experienced Treasury Manager to oversee critical aspects of global treasury operations, including daily cash operations, cash forecasting, bank account management, and treasury systems. Reporting to the Associate Director, Treasury Operations, this role combines operational execution with a strategic mindset and works closely with internal business partners and external advisors to develop efficient treasury processes and solutions.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Managing daily cash operations, ensuring liquidity across countries and currencies to meet financial obligations.

  • Engaging with external banking providers to ensure smooth processing of cash management activities.

  • Partnering with the Commercial team to identify Treasury risks, such as guarantee requirements and FX risks.

  • Developing and maintaining short-term cash forecasts to support liquidity analysis.

  • Supporting the maintenance of treasury systems to drive automation and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Preparing and managing reporting for cash positions and financial performance on a consolidated and country-level basis.

  • Overseeing global payment processes and ensuring timely reconciliation of accounts.

  • Collaborating with SOX teams and auditors to ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies.

  • Conducting research and presenting recommendations on treasury best practices to drive continuous improvements.

  • Handling ad hoc reporting and project initiatives as needed.

Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting; Master’s degree preferred

  • 5-8 years of combined finance or treasury experience, preferably in biopharma or life sciences

  • Proficiency in cash management, financial planning and analysis, and bank operations

  • Global company experience, preferred

  • This role is expected to be in office 70% of the time with flexibility to work from home up to 30%.
