We are seeking a highly skilled and creative User Experience Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and shaping the overall user experience of our products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating intuitive and engaging interfaces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, stakeholders and cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Analyze research data to inform design decisions and strategy.
  • Information Architecture: Develop and refine information architecture to ensure a logical and intuitive structure for our digital products. Create user flows, site maps, and wireframes to outline content and functionality.
  • Interaction Design: Design interactive elements and user interfaces that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Ensure that designs meet accessibility standards and provide a seamless user experience across different devices and platforms.
  • Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts. Use prototyping tools and techniques to demonstrate user interactions and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to align project goals and requirements. Facilitate design workshops and presentations to communicate ideas and solutions effectively.
  • Design Strategy: Develop and advocate for a cohesive design vision and strategy that aligns with business objectives and user needs. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the user experience.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and maintain design integrity throughout the development lifecycle. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve the user experience.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in user experience design, with a proven track record of successful projects. Experience with UX research, information architecture, interaction design, and prototyping is essential.
  • Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions effectively.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX design projects, including examples of research, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Attributes: Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate about creating exceptional user experiences and staying abreast of industry trends.
