JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role, you’ll work closely with investors and sellers to negotiate property deals, using your sales skills to secure the best terms and prices. As you grow with us, you'll receive extensive support and resources to help you reach your full potential in real estate sales. WORK SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proven sales experience
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Excellent phone communication skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Effectively negotiate property terms and pricing
• Perform daily property evaluations
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals
• Consistently hit daily KPIs
• Work with a team focused on your growth and success
• No real estate license? We’ll help you obtain one and cover your education costs!

PAY STRUCTURE

Twelve weeks of paid training at $20.00 per hour plus any commissions earned. Upon completion of training, the base pay is changed to $14.60 per hour against commission. Our top reps earn anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000 each month in commissions. We’ll review the commission structure in detail during the interview process.
