Job description

This is a remote position.


Scope:

  • Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM Lauderhill, FL Time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break

  • Manage all aspects of social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement

  • Handle website updates and maintenance, ensuring all product listings are current and accurate

  • Organize and prioritize administrative tasks to support smooth business operations

  • Collaborate with the business owner to align marketing efforts with overall brand strategy

  • Monitor and report on social media and marketing performance metrics

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement

  • Handle email marketing campaigns

  • Update and maintain the e-commerce website, including adding/removing products and writing product descriptions

  • Organize and respond to customer emails and inquiries

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as research and data organization

  • Assist with technical aspects of website management

  • Create and edit video content for social media platforms

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation

  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and website management

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative

  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is a plus
