Appointment Setter

Our client is seeking outstanding professionals who are money-motivated, hungry for a successful sales career, and enjoy connecting with people. The ideal candidate will build trusting rapport with clients over the phone through deep consultative discussions and provide business development strategies to help overcome challenges. Successful candidates will join their dynamic Sponsorship Sales team.

With over 30 years of combined experience, they have developed robust methodologies to deliver consistent, efficient, cost-effective, and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client.

This is an exciting opportunity as the company is undergoing expansion and is looking for ambitious individuals ready to progress within the organization. They are currently recruiting highly motivated Sponsorship Sales Executives to join their team.



Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Source and generate new leads.
  • Contact clients and new business leads by phone to sell and secure delegate registrations.
  • Take personal responsibility for achieving targets for each event.
  • Manage client communications leading up to each event.
  • Conduct market research to identify new contacts and maintain a leading database.
  • Research and collate trading information on each company contacted.
  • Develop market knowledge and relationships to increase attendance and identify new event opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sponsorship, production, marketing, and event management teams to continuously improve events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of successful sales experience, ideally phone-based.
  • Ability to connect with senior business leaders and owners.
  • Fluent, business-level English, both verbal and written.
  • Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality.
  • Strong listening skills to identify client needs.
  • Ability to present concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Enthusiasm and energy for both independent and team work.
  • Strong work ethic with a passion for learning and career progression.
  • Client-focused, driven to achieve high professional standards.
  • Interest in progressing a career within HR events.
