Job description

Nice to Meet You! We are Dropsuite!

Dropsuite is looking for a Channel Sales Manager, preferably based in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned group of emerging Dropsuite partners with a specific, UK-based distributor, with responsibility for co-managing that downstream MSP business across Europe as well as the overall EMEA market.

This role requires building strong partner relationships, collaborating on plans to increase Dropsuite attach rates with the partners’ base of customers, and advocating for the needs of those partners internally with key Dropsuite stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about using a combination of analytical skills and channel business acumen to identify problems, find solutions, and improve relationships. To succeed in this role, you should have relevant sales and client experience in the European market, along with a demonstrated record of channel-selling success.

Work Arrangement

  • Full-time position
  • Remote work model
  • Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
  • Eligible to reside and work in UK

Key Responsibilities

  • Own overall relationship with assigned partners in EMEA, which includes managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship to help drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Maintain and develop partner success strategies and best practices, as well as customer sales content, with the help of the sales manager & marketing team.
  • Possess strong executive presence with both partners and internally, supported by strong acumen, skills, and consistent grasp of the Dropsuite business.
  • Voice of the partner - communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (senior-level management, Product and Marketing leaders, etc.) to educate on partner needs, risks in retention and growth, and opportunities to gain share.
  • Maintain existing partner metrics and data as directed.
  • Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including marketing & product, to ensure deliverables are on time.
  • Prepare necessary documentation or visuals for partners to demonstrate the performance of campaigns.
  • Work with the sales and marketing team to drill customer references and develop case studies.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • 5 years of successful MSP management experience with a strong understanding of marketing, sales, account management, and customer success practices in the European market.
  • Experience managing distribution partners with a demonstratable ability to articulate this business model and the interplay of the MSP and Distributor partnership in the IT Channel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of the distribution channel, economics and best practices in distribution engagement.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and MSFT apps (PP, Teams, Excel, etc.) preferred
  • Event planning and presentation experience a plus.
