Directs and delegates to ensure the site demonstrates our brand value, is accessible to all, unifies the visitor experience and delivers value. Leads and mentors a dedicated team, works with IT, and third parties. Responsible for troubleshooting problems and pursuing better ways of delivering value through our website. Oversee future planning to ensure the site always operates to the latest standards and meets the ongoing needs of the customer and enterprise.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Team leadership and cross-team collaboration. Lead, mentor and develop team supporting the website. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Engage with Marketing and BUs to understand and align on audience needs for top of the funnel activity. Partners with Total Experience team for UX alignment and engage with IT teams for infrastructure, integration and application support.

Website strategy. In partnership with the Senior Director, Marketing Digital Operations & Marketing Technology design the website strategy and drive the collaboration with external and internal partners to inform strategy development for a financial services B2B website that unifies the customer and business needs coming from organic growth and M&A. Lead and facilitate the strategy implementation through effective delegation, guidance, and expectation setting. Role model effective decision making to ensure a competitive edge while optimizing innovations in the marketplace within the enterprise risk profile.

User experience management. Ensure the website leverages best practices in user design and navigation for successful user experiences, collaborating with the Director, Total Experience and the Brand team. Develop and coach team to maintain an on-brand, user-friendly, and accessible website. Aim for constant improvement in ease of use for all target audience end users.

Content & SEO. Develop and maintain a web content strategy aligned with brand and search, ensuring content accuracy and relevance. Develop team’s competency on SEO best practices, including AI, to boost online traffic and engagement. Foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance the website’s visibility in search engine results.

Website accessibility & stability and security. Lead team in implementing website accessibility best practices and managing third-party collaborations. Ensure website security and information protection by partnering with IT and third-party partners and maintaining domain subscriptions and hosting protocols. Oversee regular performance tests and compliance with security measures and company protocols.

Metrics. Establish a strategy for web data and metrics to enhance performance, engagement and user feedback. Guide the team in tracking, reporting, and analyzing data to improve content and optimize campaigns. Ensure the team stays updated on best practices in data analytics to maintain competitiveness.

Skills and Background You’ll Need:

Education: A degree in computer science, systems engineering, marketing or related qualification required. Advanced Management degree (preferred).

Experience:

  • 5 years of progressively responsible website management experience, including 3 years of managing technical teams
  • Financial industry and marketing experience (preferred)
  • Advanced understanding and prior experience in website management
  • Advanced knowledge of UX principles, web content strategy
  • Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices and digital marketing
  • Experience with Drupal CMS, WCAG, HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, Google Analytics and Qualtrics

Certifications:

  • Certifications in any related web management areas, Web Design and Management Certification, Digital Content Management Certification, SEO Certification, etc.

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.

 

  • Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.

Salary Range:

$119,000.00 - $190,250.00
