ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Senior Creative Designer to lead the conceptualization, design and development of graphic designs that communicate the business’s brand and products across a broad range of digital, in-person and event channels. In this role, you will be responsible for creating graphics to support digital campaigns and events to help drive enterprise brand growth. You will ensure the brand’s visual identity is consistent and engaging across websites, social media graphics, video, email, presentations and more.

Essential Functions

  • Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphic designs for a variety of projects, from branding to marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with a global marketing team to ensure marketing programs and campaigns are supported with a range of high-quality, dynamic assets and resources.

  • Design and create branded content pieces, campaign assets, advertising workflows, and updates to web/digital properties.

  • Ensure a consistent experience and voice for the brand across a variety of internal and external channels.

  • Ensure that all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of design experience, preferably in B2B environments.

  • The ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive visuals.

  • A bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.

  • Strong skills in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.

  • A strong portfolio that showcases your skills in areas such as branding, illustration, and web design.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure that all designs meet high standards of quality.

  • Experience working on projects requiring coordination across teams, divisions, and/or departments.

Nice to haves

  • Corporate, digital or marketing agency experience.

  • Experience in managing, supporting, or contributing to digital/web projects with an understanding of UX and site design/management.

  • Creating designs within PowerPoint

  • Strong general project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize, and execute.

  • Experience with design systems to maintain a unified brand presence

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $145,000.

This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents and award agreements.
