Currently, we are seeking a UX/UI Designer with an intermediate English level to join our team. Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for:

Position Title: Senior UX/UI Designer
Location: Colombia

What you will be doing:

Designing visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for digital products.
Translating style guides, branding guidelines, and design systems into engaging visual designs.
Creating high-fidelity prototypes and mockups with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Developing layouts, typography, color palettes, and iconography to enhance user interfaces.
Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
Conducting visual QA to maintain design quality across devices and platforms.
Enhancing UI designs by applying user feedback, analytics insights, and usability principles.
Maintaining and updating design systems to ensure a cohesive look and feel.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Main skills:

5 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
Strong skills in layout design, typography, and color theory.
Expertise in high-fidelity design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and techniques.
Understanding of heuristics and usability principles as they apply to UI design.
Ability to create visually engaging designs while meeting functional requirements.

Additional skills:

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective with developers is a plus.
Experience with visual tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software.
Familiarity with motion design and interactive UI elements is advantageous.

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Teamwork and the ability to adapt designs based on feedback.
