Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Psychology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in social media marketing; healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus.
  • Proficient in social media platforms, trends, and tools.
  • Advanced design and video editing skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite).
  • Strong storytelling, copywriting, and audience analysis skills.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics and platform insights.
  • Passionate about mental health and recovery.
  • Empathetic communicator with creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media plan aligned with company goals.
  • Create a consistent posting schedule for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Design compelling content (visual, written, video) that aligns with the brand voice.
  • Tailor messaging to resonate with clients, families, and professional partners.
  • Conduct research to understand audience psychology and behavior.
  • Collaborate with teams to stay informed about trends and client needs.
  • Foster meaningful interactions with followers while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Address feedback professionally, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies.
  • Present regular reports with actionable insights to leadership.
  • Partner with marketing, admissions, and clinical teams for content alignment.
  • Work with freelancers or vendors to produce diverse multimedia assets.
