As a Sr Procurement Compliance Auditor you'll develop internal audit programs and conduct audits to assess effectiveness of controls, accuracy of records, efficiency of business operations, and monitoring the resulting corrective actions. You'll be responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are appropriately documented, as well as extracting and analyzing data to determine deficiencies or non-compliance with laws or internal procedures. You'll report on findings and make recommendations for management on risk areas. This position will support all procurement operations. In addition, you'll lead in regular compliance audits, including organizing reviews, generating metrics, developing action plans, initiating training, as well as following up to ensure the risk has been addressed.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience

• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience with FAR/DFARS & government contracting

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $108,496.89 - $149,183.22. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
