Are you looking to advance your career and flex your auditing and compliance skills in a rewarding industry, join our team! As a Sr Procurement Compliance Auditor you'll develop internal audit programs and conduct audits to assess effectiveness of controls, accuracy of records, efficiency of business operations, and monitoring the resulting corrective actions. You'll be responsible for ensuring processes and procedures are appropriately documented, as well as extracting and analyzing data to determine deficiencies or non-compliance with laws or internal procedures. You'll report on findings and make recommendations for management on risk areas. This position will support all procurement operations. In addition, you'll lead in regular compliance audits, including organizing reviews, generating metrics, developing action plans, initiating training, as well as following up to ensure the risk has been addressed.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 10 or more years of relevant experience

  • Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

  • Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $108,496.89 - $149,183.22. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.

SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.

SNC offers a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with 150% match up to 6%, life insurance, 3 weeks paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
